Dr. Cara Borggren is a 2006 graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelors of Science in Human Anatomy. She then completed a 3-year Chiropractic Clinical Residency in 2009, and later completed the Chiropractic Leadership Institute at the University of St. Thomas. Dr. Cara has spent most of her chiropractic career in hospital settings, both at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester, NY and most recently with M Health Fairview at Northland Medical Center. She also is an adjunct professor at NWHSU.

 

Dr. Cara is passionate about caring for patients with a multi-disciplinary approach, and thrives on connecting with patients and helping them achieve their own health goals. When not caring for patients, Dr. Cara can be found caring for her 4 wonderful children – Emma, Eva, Ellsa and Garrett, and enjoys supporting them & cheering them on in all of their extracurricular activities. Dr. Cara has been a part of the Shakopee community for many years, and is blessed to now serve the community in which she enjoys living!
